Mazda will provide a substantial helping of the action with two series catering for the iconic MX5 roadster. The BRSCC Mazda MX5 Championship sees varied grids of the lightweight Japanese machines competing for honours, whilst the BRSCC Mazda MX5 SuperCup Championship is exclusively for the newer Mk3 model.
Ford is another brand heavily represented in the paddock this weekend. The Advantage Motorsport Ford XR Challenge is particularly competitive. Low costs and the entertaining racing produced allow grid sizes to remain healthy despite the relatively old machinery. The Vortex Motorsport News Fiesta Junior Championship will also be on track, providing aspiring in top stars of the future somewhere to cut their teeth. Alfa Romeo will be yet another marque with a strong contingent at this meeting.
The Northern Saloon and Sportscar Championship will complete the bill, with everything from Caterhams to Peugeot hatchbacks lining up on the grid.
